Thinking about moving to Double Creek — or selling your place? Here's what's on the market in the neighborhood right now.

Welcome

New to the neighborhood?

Double Creek sits in the Grassy Pond community, nestled between scenic Highway 11 and I-85 just outside Gaffney, South Carolina. Hop on I-85 and you're a quick drive from Charlotte, NC or Greenville, SC — and you're doing it in a growing town with lower taxes. Feel like the mountains instead? Jump on beautiful Highway 11 for a scenic ride through the old towns.

Gaffney still has that hometown feel, with plenty for the kids and some really good food. It's home to the South Carolina Peach Festival and Cowpens National Battlefield, with easy access to whatever you need. It's good, easy living — a great place to retire or to raise a family.

For families, Grassy Pond Elementary is just four minutes away, and some of its teachers live right here in our neighborhood. And if you golf, Cherokee National Golf Course is a couple of blocks over — a well-kept 18-hole course with friendly staff and a membership that won't break the bank.

We look forward to seeing you move into our neighborhood.

Requests & architectural reviews

Please submit all requests — including architectural review requests — through your Resident Login. Filing them there keeps a clear, time-stamped record on both your side and ours, so everyone can see exactly where a request stands from start to finish. It's the surest way to make sure nothing slips through the cracks and we're both working from the same history.
